1) What new art skills or knowledge did you learn from this task?

This project was the first time I have ever used charcoal. I am happy to expand my artistic horizons and learn about a new medium.

2) What do you feel you were successful in?

I feel that I did well with the detail of the fur in the lions face.

3) How could you improve your piece?

I feel as though I could have put in more detail on ground and the background.
